She’s usually the one being sued, but Lindsay Lohan just won a hefty $150,000 settlement in her lawsuit with DNAM Apparel.
The “Georgia Rule” actress originally sought $1.1 million from the defendant in a dispute over her 6126 clothing line, following her failure to respond to their own legal action.
Lindsay previously stated that she suffered a miscarriage at the same time that DNAM Apparel sued her, hence she never dealt with the claim.
Thankfully, LiLo’s settlement will also dismiss DNAM’s lawsuit so she won’t have to testify about her miscarriage.
