A Manhattan doctor, Dr. Zyad Kivarkis Younan , is trying to bail on his $135,000 in credit card charges.
According to the New York Post, Dr. Younan signed his American Express bill, then refuted the charges, claiming “he was drugged by plaintiffs’ employees and thus did not authorize the charges,” according to the Manhattan suit filed by Scores on Tuesday.
“We have it on tape,” said club rep Steven Sabbeth. He later added “He spent a lot of money, he was partaking and tipping and drinking.”
