Samrat was born on December 29, 1983 to Sunil Samrat and Deepa Samrat in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. He was brought up in a large Punjabi joint family. His family has its real estate business. He also has a brother named Ullas Samrat. Pulkit is also a magician who is into street magic and illusions. He was also a model who had signed up with Elite Model Management but always wanted to become an actor.................
