John Abraham : I was at the stadium when Zinedine Zidane headbutted Marco Materazzi

Bollywood hunk and football lover John Abraham claims that he was present at the stadium during one of the most historic moments in the archives of the sport taking place in the 2006 World Cup finale
Here are the excerpts from his interview…

Despite being a popular actor, you are synonymous with football in India. You’re almost like a mascot of the game. How did you get hooked onto the sport?

I have been a football lover since childhood. I was barely 10 when I watched the World Cup in 1982. That’s the year Paolo Rossi did the star turn as Italy were crowned champions. My dad made sure I watched football. I just got hooked onto the sport. Thereon, I watched Mexico 1986, Italia 1990… I have been following the World Cup for practically ever. And in 2006, I went to Berlin to watch the final between Italy and France.......

Hrithik Roshan beats Salman Khan to become the sexiest Dhoom villain!

Looks like the Bang Bang actor has taken over the sexy tag from the Dabangg star:

Hrithik Roshan beats Salman Khan to be labelled the sexiest Dhoom villain by BollywoodLife readers. When news of Sallu being roped in to play a baddie in Dhoom 4 started making headlines, we couldn’t help but ask BollywoodLifers who according to them made the sexiest villain – Salman, Aamir Khan, Hrithik or then John Abraham. We thought that all these dishy dudes had a way with bikes and babes. And with the Kick actor becoming the latest entrant into the Dhoom franchise we wondered if he would beat good friend Aamir and other two hunks John and Hrithik in the sexy quotient. But looks like BollywoodLifers do not agree.

Our poll results revealed that Hrithik still tops the sexy Dhoom villain list, despite Mr Perfectionist attempts to take over HR as the clown thief in third part failed. And looks like Sallu too will have to fight real hard to beat B-town Greek God as the best Dhoom baddie............

Is Nargis Fakhri lying about her Bollywood offers?

Ms Fakhri has only one film in her kitty as of now and yet the babe claims that she is flooded with Bollywood offers. She also believes her not-so-great Hindi isn’t creating any obstacles in her filmi career. Okay, so who is buying this story? Not us…

We admit that Nargis Fakhri looks super sexy but when it comes to acting and more importantly speaking fluent Hindi, the babe sure has a long way to go. But the Rockstar starlet seems to think otherwise. In a recent interview the foreign import said, “There is no less offers because of my language problem. If I get a script, I understand it when I read it.” Well, maybe Nargis has indeed improved her Hindi but we aren’t sure how many offers have come her way off late..........

Are Saif Ali Khan and Riteish Deshmukh aping John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan?

The two actors will soon be seen in triple roles in Sajid Khan’s Humshakals:

The posters of Humshakals show three sets of Saif Ali Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. Both the actors have triple roles in the film. One of the pairs look quite camp. It sparked speculation that the two actors will be playing gay characters in their upcoming film. A first for leading actors in a Hindi film. While Abhishek Bachchan and John Ahabram played gay characters in Dostana, it was an act to woo the leading lady...........

Should Katrina Kaif-Ranbir Kapoor, Rani Mukerji-Aditya Chopra, Bipasha Basu-Harman Baweja finally tie the knot?

These couple have been been dating for ages; time to take the relationship to the altar:

They party together, they holiday together, some even live together. They know they are eventually going to tie the knot. The families have given their blessings too. So what’s stopping them from taking the next step? Some are still using the ‘career’ excuse. Really now. It’s 2014. The first quarter is almost over. And there is no talk about any wedding. John Abraham’s shaadi doesn’t count. We haven’t seen any pics. Not even a wedding ring, or the bride since she became Mrs Abraham. We want a big Bollywood wedding, and consider it our duty and right to encourage some long-time couples into taking the plunge.............

John Abraham to produce and star in biopic The Great Gama

John Abraham, who turned producer successfully with 'Vicky Donor' and 'Madras Cafe', is now gearing up to produce a biopic on the Indian wrestler 'The Great Gama', in which he will play the title role.

Born in 1880 in Punjab, Gama, who remained undefeated his entire career spanning more than 50 years, was awarded the Indian version of the World Heavyweight Championship on 15 October 1910.

Produced by JA Entertainment and Rising Sun Films, the biopic on Gama will be directed by Parmeet Sethi.
"Gama is the only wrestler to have the distinction of being undefeated in his career span of 50 years and his story is yet not told to the world... We felt this made an interesting subject that should be highlighted and needed to

be penned down. Since nothing so far has been made in his honour," Sethi said in a statement.

"When I thought about the film the only actor who came to mind was John. While he has a great physique to go with the subject, there is something about him that is extremely honest and positive. It will be exciting for both him and me to work on this together since its a different character and something he hasn't done so far in his career."
