Sonam Kapoor creates quite a stir every time she appears on Karan Johar’s popular chat show Koffee with Karan. Her last stint alongside her current arch-rival Deepika Padukone made Rishi Kapoor angry as she made some not so humble remarks about Ranbir Kapoor. And this time she has offended Kangana Ranaut, it seems. While Ms Ranaut was missing from the starry chat show, she certainly seems to have heard all the statements that have been made, for she expressed her dismay at Sonam’s comments on good-looking actors.

The latest song from Subhas Ghai’s Kaanchi Kambal ke neeche, has taken raunchy lyrics to a new high. The song has been sung by Neeti Mohan and has been featured on her sisters, Shakti Mohan and Mukti Mohan. The song has used all possible Bollywood lyrics and amalgamated them into a song, which is seemingly more cheesy than any other item number ever. The song also features Mahima Chowdhury in a cameo appearance. It also has Rishi Kapoor and Chandan Roy Sanyal in it.

The making describes the thought process behind making the song. It shows the ideologies of the director, lyricist Irshad Kamil, music composer Ismail Darbar. The song has been specially choreographed song under the tutelage of Ganesh Acharya. Innuendos are galore in this song. The trailer shows the leading lady Mishti Mukherjee transform from a village girl to a national phenomenon. She has all her life been the bratty village girl who takes every revenge of every wrong  thing happening in her village. Now when the same thing happens in the big cities to her boyfriend, Kartik Aaryan, she decides to channelize that same bratty energy to better use. She decides to rectify the wrongs that have been done in the society to various classes of people. Not to forget Rishi Kapoor’s outrageous statements like, “Any girl would like to date him. Rishi Kapoor has not been very picky with his roles these days. In his second innings he has given us good films like Do Dooni Chaar, Namastey London, Love Aaj Kal, Patiala House, Agneepath, Aurangzeb, D Day, etc but he has not spared us from watching his horrific performances in Housefull 2, Chashme Buddoor, Student Of The Year, Shuddh Desi Romance, Besharam, etc. We are happy that at a recent press meet he apologised to the media for one such terrible performance.

Rishi apologised to us not just for himself but also on the behalf of his wife, Neetu Kapoor, and son Ranbir Kapoor for having worked in Besharam. The film that is best remembered as the movie which brought the three together for the first time, had disastrous box office collections and even terrible reviews that had put the whole Kapoor khandaan to shame. Talking to a leading daily he said, ”It was bloody disappointing. Neetu, Ranbir and I are all sorry we did that film. When Abhinav approached us, I thought it would be an entertaining film but it went terribly wrong. He was over confident, still high on the success of Dabangg. However if he comes up with a better script, may be I’ll work with him again.”........

The makers of Kaanchi are out with the party song of the season and trust us there is nothing wrong with the song, apart from the fact that Rishi Kapoor is seen trying to shake a leg just like he used to do in his younger days. However, he fails pathetically. Rishi Kapoor seems to be remembering his Bachna ae haseeno and Om Shanti Om days too much that he agreed to shake a leg for such a song. If we recall his Shah ka rutba presentation from Agneepath was really awesome, but his attempt in Thumka falls flat on his face...........
