Injured Alia Bhatt accompanies Varun Dhawan for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania promotions!

Alia Bhatt who entered the Rs 100 crore club with her last, wants to leave no stone unturned to promote her upcoming Dharma Productions venture Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. So, despite a ligament tear she joined her film’s hero Varun Dhawan for the movie’s promotions. Is Alia Bhatt the next Kareena Kapoor?
As a child the spunky daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt would emulate Bebo’s popular character Poo from Karan Johar’s family drama Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. But now as Alia grows up to be a promising young talent in the film industry, she slowly transforms into someone she looked up to
When we saw Alia Bhatt in the trailer of Karan Johar’s forthcoming production Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, we could not help but draw the obvious parallels. Miss Bhatt looks refreshingly charming and absolutely moohfat in this one. Clad in garish and very colourful Punjabi attire Alia reminds us Kareena Kapoor’s character Geet from Imtiaz Ali’s Jab We Met. Doesn’t she? “Main shaadi karungi, toh Kareena wala lehenga pehan ke karungi, warna dulhe ko tata bye-bye kar do!” she complains to stress the point we are trying to make.
Her shiny salwar kameez, her hairdo and even her loud Punjabi kudi avatar makes Alia the new-age Geet aka Kareena Kapoor! In fact, more than one pertinent reason to believe that Alia is slowly becoming the next Kareena Kapoor. Tell us if you agree, BL readers!...........

Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan’s sensational kiss in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania comes under Censor Board’s scanner
Considering the new government’s traditional approach, the Central Board of Film Certication (CBFC) is watching out for excessive skin show and intimate scenes in movies:
If the recent reports are anything to go by then, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has asked the makers of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania to delete the smooch sequence between the lead pair, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. Yes, you read that right! And apparently, Karan Johar, who is producing the film is quite upset with the board’s decision.
Apparently, KJo’s team even questioned the board’s suggestion saying that in the recent past, several films featuring smooching scenes including his latest film, 2 States attracted no such instructions, then why such instructions for HSKD?....................

Our sources claim that Varun’s character in the film will not be that of a typical Bollywood hero but will have shades of grey. ..........
