Like Katrina Kaif, will Atul Agnihotri go against Salman Khan to work with Shahrukh Khan?

The warring Khans of Bollwood are looking to reconcile, it seems:

When Katrina Kaif went on to work with Shahrukh Khan in Yash Chopra’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan, we expected a lot of fireworks considering her then boyfriend, Salman Khan doesn’t share a good rapport with SRK. But nothing of that sort happened as Kat in an interview to a news channel clearly said that the only person Salman doesn’t want her to work with is Vivek Oberoi (for the obvious reasons).......

Farhan Akhtar to act in his own production?

After approaching Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, the director-turned-actor has finally decided to act in his own movie:

If Farhan Akhtar is producing a movie chances are high that it must be a reliable and creatively wacky venture. After all, the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor will not invest his own moolah into something he has no faith in. But such is the story of the busy calendars and idiosyncrasies of our A-list B-townies that Farhan has finally decided to play a part in this project quite literally and cinematically! Yes the 40 year-old will star in this unnamed project after having approached stars like Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.......

Deepika Padukone, Shahrukh Khan and Shahid Kapoor on a selfie spree: Are these B-townies suffering from Body Dysmorphic Disorder?

Did you have an overdose of selfies? We did. Here’s a rundown of instances where our beloved stars posted selfies and garnered a lot of unnecessary attention:

Selfie – this word has been personified literally by our very capable B-town celebs. It all began with Ellen DeGenres selfie moment at Oscars, and since then it seems everyone in Bollywood seems to have suddenly got obsessed by this. We wonder if this is a way to be in front of the cameras 24×7. That’s when we thought of collating all the self obsessed moments of our B-townies…

When Karan Johar thought Farhan Akhtar was a loser…

The Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor has proven his mettle as an film producer, director and even an actor. However, some of his close pals from the past had not expected Akhtar to have a successful stint in Bollywood:

Farhan Akhtar is ruling the awards circuits this year thanks to his biopic on the Flying Sikh. His movie Bhaag Milkha Bhaag even went on to bag the National award in the popular category. However, Karan Johar always felt sorry for the filmmaker turned actor, wonder why? In a recent interview KJo candidly revealed how he looked down on the Dil Chahta Hai director. Johar who openly termed his own film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai ‘silly’, unabashedly said he had no hopes about Farhan. Did he think Farahan was a loser? ..............

The movie critic turned filmmaker is hunting for locations in the polish city of Karkov and the budding filmmaker believes that Fernandez is playing a pivotal role in the movie that’s based on the lines of Lisa Haydon’s role in Queen.

The Dabangg Khan seems to be inspired by the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor. Read on to find out more…

While the rivalry between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan is an old goss, but many of you might not know that the Jai Ho actor doesn’t really share a friendly rapport with Farhan Akhtar as well. However, Sallu miyaan seems to be inspired by Akhtar’s Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, which was based on the life of the legendary athlete Milkha Singh. The film not only won tons of awards and accolades, but it also put Farhan at the top in the race of big Bollywood actors.

Shaadi Ke Side Effects deleted scenes: Farhan Akhtar is fed up of Vidya Balan’s motherhood!

Check out a couple of deleted scenes from the film, which will show you some of the nok jhok that married couples go through:

The makers of Shaadi Ke Side Effects have released a couple of deleted scenes from the film and we can’t stop wondering as to why these scenes were deleted. Our best guess is that they were deleted so as to reduce the length of the film, but trust us these scenes were equally poignant and resounding as the film’s basic theme about the problems faced by married couples...........

I enjoy wearing Western clothes now: Vidya Balan

Actor Vidya Balan who is currently going full throttle with promotions of her film Shaadi Ke Side Effects will be seen dressed in Western attire after a long time.

The actor had received a lot of flak for her attire in Hey Babyy, where she was mostly dressed in Western clothes.

Strangely after Heyy Babyy (2007) and Kismat Connection (2008), Vidya was generally seen in Indian avatar in films such as Paa (2009), Ishqiya (2010), No One Killed Jessica (2011), The Dirty Picture (2011), Kahaani (2012) and Ghanchakkar (2013). Even if her character was not dressed in Indian in some, they were essentially Indian in spirit.
When Vidya had done Heyy Babbyy and Kismat Connection, not only was she criticised for her clothes on screen but also for trying to be someone she was not. Vidya had in her umpteen interviews accepted the charge.

About dressing Vidya in Westerns for Shaadi Ke Side Affects, costume designer Jayati Bose says, "Vidya had no apprehensions at all. The clothes were designed, keeping in mind today's modern day working woman who later decides to be a full-time homemaker after an unplanned pregnancy."
Vidya on her parts avers, "My costume designer Jayati Bose and I were aware of the fact that there had been a lot of criticism in the past. But Jayati understood the character and did things accordingly. I give her full credit for the way she has made me look in this film and the results have been very good."
