It's ladies night! As E! News first reported on Tuesday, Kim Kardashian's closest gal pals got together for a girls' night dinner in honor of the bride-to-be shortly before her wedding to Kanye West. The E! star took a group photo with her closest lady friends at dinner and shared the happy snapshot with followers on Instagram. 

"I'm so lucky! I have the best friends in the whole wide world! #ParisNights#LastSupper," Kim captioned the photo. There were a number of familiar faces in the picture, including sisters Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and pals Rachel Roy, Joyce Bonelli, Lorraine Schwartz, Shelli Azoff, LaLa Vasquez and Brittny Gastineau. 

North West's mama dazzled in a glass beaded baby blue Balmain Couture mini dress, as she and the group enjoyed a private (and expensive! Each person's meal was nearly 300 euros, or $409) dinner at the Salon Chinois inside the Costes Hotel. 

The source had told us that the get-together will be "very casual" and that "Kanye isn't involved." 

"This is a dinner for Kim," our insider added. "It was something special that Lorraine and Shelli wanted to do just for Kim." 

Their gathering is definitely more casual than recent outings in Paris, but the group of ladies still looked absolutely stunning while getting photographed in front of the Louvre and Eiffel Tower Thursday night. On Wednesday, the bride-to-be hit up Crazy Horse Paris, a famous burlesque club, with Khloé and Kendall and more gal pals joining in on the fun! 

The famed cabaret club, known for its stage shows performed by nude female dancers, tweeted a shot of Kim taking a selfie with some fans. 

The blushing bride has certainly had her late-night adventures with her girls while in France, but let's hope she also gets enough rest for the big day!

Adding another piece to their resume, sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner announced they will be co-hosting Canada’s 2014 MuchMusic Video Awards. 

The reality stars will introduce the lineups that already includes Imagine Dragons and Lorde. 

"Kendall and I are both huge music fans, and we can’t wait to meet our fans north of the border,” Kylie said in a statement on Thursday (May 15).

The sisters aren’t amateur hosts. They previously co-hosted “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 1” and “The Hunger Games” premieres. 

The 2014 MuchMusic Videos Awards will air on Much and CTV on June 15!

Kendall Jenner has had a lot of milestone moments this year, between walking in a slew of Fashion Week shows and attending the Met ball just last Monday.

And now she's got another memory to file under "awesome moments of 2014": attending her first Cannes Film Festival.

The 18-year-old model arrived in France today for the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival, and she stepped out on the red carpet looking the picture of sophistication in a black and white Chanel dress, a Chanel clutch and Chopard jewels.

Kendall posted a pic on her Instagram, flashing a close-up of her cool clutch and rings with the caption, "No ones putting a ring on it so I put 2.... #FestivalDeCannes #Chopard."

Side note: We predicted the ring stacking trend earlier this year, and now that Kendall is sporting the look, clearly the trend is taking off.

Before Kendall hit the red carpet, she posted another picture on Instagram of her having just arrived in Cannes, taking in the ocean view from her balcony. "Hi Cannes!" she wrote alongside the photo.

We'd say that's the picture of the sweet life, right there.

In case there was any doubt, the folks at Marie Claire now know that it's simply impossible to please everybody. Really, all that's left is to hope that each opinion doesn't outrage too many people.

The fashion-and-lifestyle magazine rushed to clarify after ending up under a heap of scorn for its appreciation of cornrows recently sported by Kendall Jenner.

"Kendall Jenner takes bold braids to an epic new level," wrote whoever was in charge of Marie Claire's Twitter account yesterday morning, posting the comment with a pic of the 18-year-old that sister Kim Kardashian had shared on her blog.

"It's fun to experiment with new hair looks! Kendall and I are both trying out cornrows! What do you think… would you guys wear this look?" Kim inquired, also posting a pic of herself with a few braids.

Well, the twitterverse was not kind to Marie Claire's take on Kendall's hairdo, immediately slamming the mag for a comment that seemed to neglect the fact that cornrows have been around for a long time. (A quick scan of the Internet turns up that the style may date back as far as 3000 B.C.)

"Wow, not new at all," tweeted @ohitsbarbara. To which @Dani_Knope replied, @ohitsbarbara white people invented cornrows in 2014, y'all. @marieclaire, we melanin-abundant call that "I can't leave the house yet."

And there were dozens more that questioned the use of the words "bold," "epic" and "new."
So eventually Marie Claire tweeted, "We didn't mean to offend or imply that cornrows were new. Our tweet was poorly worded." Also: "We thought her hair looked great and recognize women have been styling their hair like this for ages."
