The wait is finally over. Ekta Kapoor’s much-talked about film Ragini MMS 2 starring former Canadian pornstar Sunny Leone will release this Friday. Balaji head honcho and her leading lady have extensively promoted their upcoming horror film which is the sequel to 2011 hit film Ragini MMS. To ensure the film catches the attention of the youth, the makers have also incorporated a special Yo Yo Honey Singh number – Chaar bottle vodka. Besides the Punjabi rapper, the song features the very sexy Sunny who has up the glam quotient in the peppy club number with her seductive moves. The Honey Singh song is already a rage amongst the masses but will it help Ragini MMS 2 to get cash registers ringing? Coz besides Ekta’s film, Satish Kaushik’s horror comedy Gang of Ghosts, Rajat Kapoor’s Ankhon Dekhi and Nagesh Kukunoor’s Lakshmi will also hit the screens this week. Also, Kangana Ranaut’s Queen is still going steady at the ticket windows. So will the Sunny-Ekta jodi manage to create hungama at the box office with their horror-cum-sleaze show flick Ragini MMS 2? Or will multi release Friday and Kangy’s chick flick play a spoilsport for Bhushan Patel’s directorial venture?.............

Rajat Kapoor: Anurag Kashyap is lending his name, not his money!

The ace filmmaker, who is all set for the release of his film Ankhon Dekhi this friday, maintains that he is good friends with the Gangs Of Wasseypur maker but will not approach him to produce his films:



Rajat Kapoor has always been synonymous with offbeat cinema. He is best known for films which were low budget and high on content. But for making such films he has perennially faced a lack of producers. When we met him at his Goregaon office, he informed that even for Ankhon Dekhi he was not getting any producers and finally he got pissed and posted on twitter about it. That’s when he found a producer. It was sheer luck but maybe he might not be lucky everytime......
