Jessica Simpson is getting a head start on her family-filled Easter weekend! The slimmed-down blonde shared a sweet snapshot of her planting a wet one on daughter Maxwell on Instagram earlier today. 

"Kissed by an angel," the proud mama captioned the pic. 

But it looks like the affectionate kiss didn't come for free. The Weight Watchers spokesperson added, "…for a snickers egg!" 

Hey, whatever works, right? 

The mama of two was just spotted earlier this week on a date night with her fiancé Eric Johnson. 

The two were seen grabbing a bite to eat sans their adorable kids at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood Wednesday evening. 

Simpson and her leading man were snapped in their chauffeured vehicle; the fashionista sat in the front as her hubby-to-be took a seat in the back. 

Simpson appeared to be sporting a striped top and wore her long locks down in gorgeous cascading curls, while Johnson opted for a casual look in a navy blue tee. 

It's no secret that Simpson is looking fitter and more fabulous than ever. 

The 33-year-old has worked tirelessly to shed her baby weight (an estimated 60-70 pounds, according to one expert), and has named little Maxi as one of her favorite fitness partners. 

"I really do feel this need to be the best role model for my children," she told Good Morning America in January. "I want [Maxwell] to look up to me and want to be like me...I don't want to give her any false perception of what is real and what's important."

Sure, tradition has it that the bride should be the only one in white during her big day, but Jamie Lynn Spears wasn't about that noise, and had her mom, Lynne Spears, also don a gorgeous white gown for the nuptials. 

Both of the beautiful ladies wore an intricate design by Liancarlo from I Do Bridal Couture in Louisiana. The boutique posted a photo of the duo in their dresses and wrote, "It's official ya'll! @jamielynnspears is now Mrs. James Watson! We are so happy to have been part of this celebration of love. The beautiful bride, Mrs. Lynne and sweet Maddie all wore custom gowns by @liancarlodesign. More pics to come! Xo" 

Jamie Lynn married fiancé James Watson on Friday in the tea room at Audubon Tea Room in New Orleans. News exclusively reported that Jamie Lynn walked down the aisle with her father Jamie Spears. A source added that Jamie Lynn was emotional and cried during her vows. Jamie Lynn's five-year-old daughter Maddie was right by her mother's side as the flower girl and Britney's boys walked together as ring bearers.

Selena Gomez connects with fans after rehab reveal

Singer-actor Selena Gomez took to Instagram to thank her fans for their support for the first time since leaving rehab last month. 

"I've done everything I could to the best of my ability. Thank you for the unconditional love and cyber hugs. You inspire me," she captioned a smiling pic of herself. 



Gomez checked into The Meadows recovery center in Arizona on January 5 for a 14-day stay. 
Selena gave indications of her wanting to hit rehab after she was quoted saying, "It has become clear to me and those close to me that after many years of putting my work first, I need to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be." 

However, Selena's rep has confirmed that her secret stint in rehab has nothing to do with substance abuse issues.
