Miley Cyrus Gets Bleeped at Billboard Music Awards, Performs "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds"

Miley Cyrus isn't exactly the shy type, but she still managed to slip in a shocker!

The "Wrecking Ball" singer Miley Cyrus dropped a bit of profanity during her acceptance speech Sunday night at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards.

The 21-year-old pop star won the Top Streaming Song (Video) award. As she remotely made a speech from England, where she's on tour, the pop star got bleeped for telling fans, "Thank you to everybody for making this s--t possible."

"Oops sorry, forgot I was on ABC," she said, catching herself before finishing off her brief speech.

Language aside, Cyrus made a more favorable impression on fans, by taking them back in time.
Instead of performing one of her own hits, she belted out a Beatles' classic.

Joined on stage by the Flaming Lips, Cyrus performed the 1967 single, "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds!"

Michael Jackson's Hologram Takes the 2014 Billboard Music Awards Stage

The King of Pop's video-projected self performed "Slave to the Rhythm" from his new album Xscape.

And just like the real deal, this Michael had incredible moves as he danced across the stage with perfectly in sync dancers.

Introduced by Brad Paisley, Ludacris and Kesha, Michael's performance opened as he sat on a throne—he is still the King of Pop, after all—rocking a blinged-out jacket and red leather pants. Classic MJ!

Like the Tupac hologram before him, Michael's hologram certainly got the crowd pumped up. The audience at the MGM Grand danced along to the performance while a few of the attendees wiped away tears.

Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert Perform "Something Bad" at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards

The country singers had plenty of pyrotechnics during their performance of "Something Bad" at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards, but something tells us these ladies would have gotten things hot even with out the fireworks.

The two stars belted out the hit off of Miranda's album Platinum. They rocked on stage together while wearing sexy outfits—Miranda wowed in a red leather skirt while Carrie sizzled in a pair of leather shorts.

Of course the crowd at the MGM Grand was into the duet, dancing along as the ladies sang their hearts out, but there was a special someone in the audience who looked especially proud. Miranda's husband Blake Shelton stood up and clapped along to the hot track.

Carrie and Miranda were super pumped ahead of their duet—on Saturday, Underwood shared a pic of the two on Instagram wearing Thelma and Louise shirts, captioning the image "Somethin' bad about to happen."
Nothing bad about that performance, ladies!

Robin Thicke Thanks Wife Paula Patton For "Putting Up With" Him During Billboard Music Awards Acceptance Speech

And Robin Thicke's very public quest to win back wife Paul Patton continues! The most recent attempt to gain favor with the actress, who separated from him in February after eight years of marriage, occurred on Sunday night at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards.

While accepting the award for "Top R&B Song" for his hit Blurred Lines, the crooner gushed: "Most importantly I'd like to thank my wife for her love and support and for putting up with me for all these years."

But Thicke didn't stop there. Later in the night he is also debuted a new song "Get Her Back," which he kicked off by saying: "All right y'all, help me get her back!" A similar statement to the one he made at a concert in February and clearly about his better half.

Want proof? The lyrics of his new single include lines like: "I should've kissed you longer/ I should've held you stronger...All I wanna do is make it right...I gotta get her, go get her back/ I gotta treat her right/ I gotta cherish her for life."

The 36-year-old grand gestures of love seem to be working. The duo has been spotted together since the split looking friendly. And when asked about their status in a recent Vanity Fair interview, Patton shared: We've known each other since we were teenagers. All I can tell you is there's a deep love there—always was, and always will be."
